CoStar, Tourism Economics Again Downgrade U.S. Hotel Forecast
ARLINGTON, Virginia—CoStar and Tourism Economics further downgraded performance projections in the final U.S. hotel forecast revision of 2025. For 2025, occupancy was lowered 0.2 percentage points to 62.3 percent, while average daily rate (ADR) was maintained at +0.8 percent for the year.
