PARK CITY, Utah—CooperWynn Capital announced the successful closing of a $4.875 million cash-out refinancing of the 64-key My Place Hotel-Midland, TX, on behalf of ownership led by Dustin Campbell. The financing was placed with a national CMBS lender and provides fixed-rate, non-recourse debt with a five-year term. The transaction refinanced the property’s existing debt and returned meaningful equity to ownership through a cash-out structure, allowing the sponsor to redeploy capital and secure long-term financing.
