BOSTON, Massachusetts—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced that it arranged the sale of Ocean Point Inn, a 61-room oceanfront hotel in East Boothbay, Maine. The recently renovated hospitality property encompasses 42,890 square feet across 17 buildings situated on approximately 12.5 acres overlooking Linekin Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
