RALEIGH, North Carolina—Concord Hospitality announced that it has assumed management of Poteat Hotels’ seven-property portfolio across North Carolina. The portfolio includes seven hotels totaling 711 rooms in New Bern, Greenville, Wilmington, Boone, and High Point. The properties, which will transition to Concord management throughout October, include a mix of full-service and select-service hotels operating under leading global brands.
