PHOENIX, Arizona—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced that it arranged a $70.85 million construction loan for the development of a 257-room dual-branded Hotel Six Four, Mayo Blvd a Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix. The project includes a 133-key Tapestry Collection by Hilton and a 124-key Homewood Suites by Hilton. JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Plaza Companies and Fayth Hospitality, to secure a five-year, floating-rate loan.
