PHOENIX, Arizona—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced that it has arranged refinancing for the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront, a 150-key, seven-story upscale hotel in Vancouver, Washington. JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Vesta Hospitality, to secure a three-year loan with two one-year extension options.
