Skyler Cooper, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Park 10 Hospitality LLC, and procured the buyer, Shree Avdhoot Krupa of Texas, LLC (Ketan Rama).
