PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island—Procaccianti Companies announced the renovation of the Holiday Inn South Kingstown. TPG Construction, the firm’s construction management affiliate, managed the entire renovation process, and the hotel will continue to be managed by TPG Hotels & Resorts, the firm’s hospitality management subsidiary. Acquired by the firm in the early 80s, the Holiday Inn South Kingstown is located in the South County submarket.
