PwC: Hospitality Deal Activity Slows, but Demand Centers Around Premium Assets
PwC reported its Hospitality & Leisure: US Deals 2026 Mid-Year Outlook and found that overall deal activity has slowed and 73 percent of hotel deals were centered around premium experiences, wellness-focused assets, and businesses with strong customer data and AI capabilities.
