BOSTON, Massachusetts—Rockpoint and Newbond Holdings announced the acquisition of the Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale, Curio Collection by Hilton. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Built in 2021, the 12-story oceanfront property is south of Las Olas Boulevard in the Fort Lauderdale Beach submarket.
