SAN FRANCISCO—Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, announced a 199-room hotel set to open in spring 2023 on the Grounds of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
