New Report: U.S. Hotels Delivered Strong Gains in H1 2026, But Performance Varied by Segment
U.S. hotel performance strengthened during the first half of 2026, with rising room rates, occupancy, total revenue, and gross operating profit margin (GOP margin) contributing to year-over-year gains, according to the latest HotelData analysis. Across all hotels in the HotelData.com sample, H1 ADR increased 7.1 percent from $197.99 in 2025 to $211.96 in 2026.
