WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia—OTH Hotels Resorts announced the addition of two East Coast properties to its third-party management portfolio. Heritage Hotel & Conference Center in Southbury, Connecticut, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton represent OTH’s entry into the Connecticut and New York markets.
